Bhatt takes part in a number of professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Echocardiography, the American Society of Nuclear Medicine, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Heart Association, Inc. The recipient of various professional awards, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt was named runner-up for the 2005 Annual Clinical Vignette Competition and nominated for the 2005 Housestaff Teaching Award. Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt also won the Distinguised Research Award by the Department of Medicine for his work, “Cardiac MRI during Sustained Ventricular Fibrillation in an Adult Swine Model,” Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt resides in Arizona, where in his free time he enjoys gardening, running, reading, traveling, and SCUBA diving. |
